Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Elaris D’OR, every fragrance is crafted with precision and care, and we want your experience to reflect the same. While perfumes are personal-use items and returns are therefore limited, we are committed to assisting you whenever something isn’t quite right.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the perfume is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  • A return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened or tested perfumes, samples, and discovery sets are non-returnable.
  • Purchases made during sale periods are non-returnable and non-refundable, except if you receive a different product than ordered.

Return Pick-Up & Shipping Charges

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pick-up within 2–3 days in most serviceable areas.
  • In regions where pick-up is not available, you may self-ship the item through a reliable courier service of your choice (Speed Post recommended).
  • A return shipping charge of ₹100 will be applicable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and items received.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at the earliest

Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated only after inspection of the returned item.
  • The refund amount (minus the return shipping charge, if applicable) will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
  • For prepaid order cancellations, a processing fee may apply. For this service there are Processing charges applicable, for information ask one of our team in our customer support center.
  • If you paid via COD, you have to send us your bank account/ UPI ID with your refund request.
